{"id":5864,"date":"2022-10-24T22:52:05","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T22:52:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deaixa.com\/recetas\/?p=5864"},"modified":"2023-02-26T15:19:45","modified_gmt":"2023-02-26T15:19:45","slug":"torta-de-cumpleanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deaixa.net\/recetas\/torta-de-cumpleanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Torta de Cumplea\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Receta de Miguel Sanguineri Wais<br>Celebramos los &#8220;35&#8221; de Api con esta torta que le hizo Miguelito en Buenos Aires<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Harina de trigo: 300 gramos<br>Fecola o Maizena: 120gramos<br>Sal: 1 cucharadita<br>Az\u00facar: 200 gramos<br>Huevos: 5 yemas, 5 claras a punto de nieve<br>Vainilla: 1 cucharada<br>C\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n<br>Polvo de hornear Royal:4 cucharaditas<br>Bicarbonato: 1 cucharadita<br>Leche: la cantidad necesaria<br>margarina: la que sea necesaria<br>dulce de leche<br>duraznos en alm\u00edbar<br>brandy<br>vino blanco seco<br>crema chantilly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">PREPARACION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Mezclas las harinas y las ciernes<br>2. Aparte se juntan la vainilla y el lim\u00f3n<br>3. Se baten las yemas con el az\u00facar y la margarina<br>4. Incorporas las harinas al az\u00facar y la margarina<br>5. Se necesita enmantecar bien el molde<br>6. La leche, si se necesita para que quede cremoso<br>7. Las claras a punto de nieve se a\u00f1aden al fin con cuchara de palo.<br>8. Se saca del horno, y cuando est\u00e1 dulce se corta por la mitad.<br>9. Se rellena con duraznos en alm\u00edbar<br>10. La emborrachas con brandy y con vino blanco, seco.<br>11.Se adorna al rededor con dulce de leche.<br>12. Por encima se decora con la crema chantilly y las fresas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se guarda en la nevera hasta el momento de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra sorpresa consisti\u00f3 en que Miguel es el padrino de Cambiasso, el<br>futbolista que meti\u00f3 el gol m\u00e1s impresionante de toda la Copa 2006.
