Receta de Epi
2 lbs. of shrimp
1/2 bottle of ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
lime juice – use 5 or 6 limes
1. Boil the shrimp
2. Peel them
3. Let them sit on the lime juice, salt and pepper overnight
4. Cut into tiny pieces the parsley, onions, celery and mix with the tabasco sauce and the ketchup
5. Drain the shrimp and pour the tabasco/ketchup sauce over them. Let them sit on the ketchup sauce ofr 3 or 4 hours before serving.
6. Serve on top of a leaf of lettuce.
Enjoy with a couple of saltine crackers.
