INGREDIENTS

  • aji chancho
  • lime zest
  • 1 lb Tuna -sliced into tiny pieces
  • black salt
  • strawberries – mashed and chopped
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • cumin

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl
  2. Serve over crackers or over tortilla chips
