Cuscus de Tapioca

INGREDIENTS 
250 g farinha tapioca / 250 grams of tapioca flour
1 ½ litro leite frio / 1 1/2 liters of cold milk
1 vidro leite coco pequeno / 1 cup of coconut milk
1 lata leite condensado / 1 can of condensed milk 1 coco fresco ralado / 1 grated fresh coconut
MODO DE PREPARO / PREPARATION
Deixe de molho a Tapioca com 1 litro de leite e o leite de côco durante 12 horas / Mix the tapioca flour with 1 liter of the milk and the coconut milk and let it sit for 12 hours
Mexa de vez em quando para não empelotar (conservar na geladeira) / Stir the mix every so often to keep it smooth (keep refrigerated)
Acrescente o restante do leite para ficar cremoso / Add the remaining milk to the mix so that it remains creamy
Sirva individualmente com leite condensado e côco ralado / Serve individually, topped with condensed milk and the grated fresh coconut.
